Kona’s Legacy Fund:
The #KonasLegacy Fund was established in memory of Kona, a brave Boykin Spaniel who battled IVDD throughout his life. At the age of 4, Kona herniated 5 discs, but with the unwavering support of the #browndognation, he underwent surgery and continuous rehabilitation therapy, allowing him to live a fulfilling life until nearly 14 years old. This fund provides financial assistance to dog owners facing life-threatening medical conditions in their Boykins. It was created to ensure that families in financial hardship can access the necessary care for their dogs, preventing the need for euthanasia or surrender due to unaffordable medical expenses.
Every case is thoroughly vetted, and thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have been able to save many dogs. In partnership with the Veterinary Care Foundation, your support can help us continue saving lives.
All donations are tax-deductible and will be used 100% for vetted hardship cases screened diligently by our group.
